It is with very mixed emotions that we invite you to a sendoff party for Cyd and Lew Collier, who will be relocating to Maryland next month. Where to begin? Lewis is one of the reasons the Rhode Island Carolina Club has not only survived, but thrived for the past two decades, serving in a variety of capacities, most recently treasurer. When we’ve needed anything, Lew has answered the call and we will miss his enduring presence at our viewing parties, service projects and summer send-offs. So join us Saturday May 26th @ 6 p.m. – appropriately enough at Ladder 133 in Providence, where we have shared with Lew some great victories (including the 2017 national championship game) and one crushing defeat. Throughout we remain Tar Heels. Please come and show your appreciation for all that Cyd and Lew have done for us – and how much they’ve meant to us. We look forward to seeing you this weekend.
